Raven Ocano

Raven Ocano, along with Everett Byrn, is a trusted lieutenant of Corvin Barrack. She greatly disapproved of Phoenix's recruitment of the characters into Visus Novum and sugguested they trade them instead to Cycorp for more valuable prisoners. She's clearly not a friend of Phoenix, and one to watch your back around.
