Lieutenant in the Deadeye Gang, second to Anton Mirova. When the party fought gang members the incapacitated Qiu Ning and stole his cell phone which presumably had info on a contact in Cycorp. When Mirova showed up with more gang members, the party dropped Qiu Ning and fled.
